Property Management

We offer a comprehensive property management service for residential, commercial and industrial property. The department is run by qualified Chartered Surveyors in accordance with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Records of all properties are kept on our advanced computer management system so that information is always up to date and we are able to give clients accurate data regarding rents received and expenditure incurred at any time.

Our charges are competitive and our service includes rent collection, rent registration if necessary, completion of statutory notices and agreements and supervision of minor repair works.

Our maintenance department can also prepare specifications for more extensive building work and arrange contract quotation and supervision. In concert with our Lettings and Commercial departments we are able to offer a fully comprehensive service from acquisition of a suitable building through to management of the completed investment
